💡 Why it works: Sets expectations, controls the call, gets a "yes" early.

2Qualify — The 3 Money Questions

❓ "How many calls a week are you missing because you're on the job?"
❓ "What's your biggest bottleneck — getting leads, closing them, or fulfilling the work?"
❓ "If we could solve that, what would that be worth to you per month?"
🎯 Listen for: Pain, urgency, budget. All 3 = strong fit. Missing one = still pitch. Missing all = polite exit.

3Demo — Show, Don't Tell

A. The Website
Show 2-3 examples. "These convert at 3-4x your old WordPress."
B. AI Receptionist
Call 669-232-8033 live. "This is Jake's Plumbing — yours sounds exactly like this."

4Objections

"It's too expensive."

5Close — Two Paths Only

"Two options: (A) we get you set up this week — 50% deposit today, live in 7 days. Or (B) you think it over, we set a follow-up for Thursday. Which works?"
Always set a follow-up day. "Let me think about it" without a date = dead lead.
💰 If they say yes: Send invoice via Stripe on the call. Mark "Closed Won" in pipeline. Trigger 7-day onboarding.
